All staff are very accommodating from Receptionist to housekeeping. Rooms are clean, location is very good and easy to find. Receptionist are dealing professionally whilst take less than 3 minutes to check in. Tea and coffee facility is also available aside from the stove, microwave etc. in the kitchen. It is so ideal for a family or group of relatives and friends... can be considered as your second home. Foods are super tasty though limited choices and Shisha place is amazing!

good price, clean, close to Ras Al Khaimeh, easy to find.
lack of towels (The hotel was very full), the a/c in the bedroom didn't respond to the remote control (but it wasn't too cold so we were ok, sort of), there was no toilet paper.

Very bad and is clean and the staff do not have full knowledge of the workflow I do not recommend my friends to stay at this hotel because it is not classified among the stars And I'm in the same day make check out from this hotel
